$5,000 Hiring Bonus – Terms & Conditions (Updated 03/03/26)
Qualified Senior Loan Officers may be eligible for a Hiring Bonus of up to $5,000, based on state participation and tenure requirements.
The bonus structure is as follows:
✅ State-Based Incentive – Up to $5,000
• Bonus is calculated at $350 per state where:
- You are actively licensed, and
- Prime Choice Funding is actively doing business.
• The total bonus will not exceed $5,000.
• Eligible states must be confirmed and approved by management in advance.
• Certain states may be excluded based on company strategy or licensing status.
💵 Payment Structure
• Bonus is paid out over three (3) months.
• You must be actively employed and in good standing at the time each payment is made.
• If employment ends early, unpaid future bonus amounts will not be owed.
• Payment is contingent upon verified licensing and active company business operations in the applicable state(s).

• Total bonus eligibility is capped at up to $5,000.
• Bonus eligibility and timing are subject to compliance review, licensing verification, and company policy.
